On the left side of the Hohenzollern Bridge is the only equestrian statue of Kaiser Wilhelm II. He was the last German Emperor and King of Prussia until the 1918 revolution. The equestrian statue of his father, Emperor Frederick III, is also on the western side of the bridge.
