Five paths intersect at the Russenkreuz, so the refuge and seating for hikers and bikers from all directions offer an ideal break. The place with the small hill, on which two chestnuts frame the small iron cross, remains somewhat nebulous. During excavations, there was no evidence of a burial mound suspected there, nor is it known what the name "Russenkreuz" refers to, it was simply simply called that way in the vernacular. Still nice here!

This refuge offers around 12 - 14 visitors seating and shelter in the event of an unexpected rain shower. In front of the shelter there is a rest area consisting of a table with two benches.
