The miner's day building, built in 1756, was originally the driving house of the horse Göpel, directly above the old driving shaft. Later the Pferdegöpel was removed and the greenhouse was converted into the hat house of the pit. The house is a two-story half-timbered building, of which parts of the half-timbered ground floor have been replaced with solid masonry.
