Sculpture from oak trunks
This sculpture made of local oak invites you to dream. It reminds of enchanted mythical creatures.
The wood sculptor from Kallmünz used the chainsaw to work rough and sometimes human facial features from the hard wood. Fish heads, insects and bizarre figures seem to grow out of the closely packed oak trunks. Like figures that sprang from the rich world of legends surrounding the "Golden Street".
