The foundation stone of today's town hall was laid at the end of the 13th century. In the middle of the 17th century, the tower and parts of the town hall were destroyed by fire and then rebuilt. In 1704 it was again destroyed by fire and from 1729-1732 it received its current form in the Baroque style.

Unfortunately, the town hall is currently being scaffolded, but it is a very beautiful town hall.

The town hall is located on the main market and is actually the central point of the city center. there are public toilets at the rear.
