Did the climb today, which was long but never difficult. In fact, it was very enjoyable and... at long last... the temporary/permanent traffic lights are gone!

A lovely wide windy road through the trees and down into Tintern. Beware the traffic lights part way down as due to the collapsing rocks this is a permanent feature. However the surface is excellent and the cars are generally rather polite.
