At 1294 metres there is a wonderful 360-degree view of the Locarnese, the mountains in Gambarogno and, in the opposite direction, the Maggia Valley.

Continue up to the next bend, down the wide road, then in the right-hand bend, turn left through the forest. Difficult descent towards Arcegno, you have to walk part of the way but it's really beautiful. Almost impossible to find without a sat nav.
