The best way to do this is by train to Sebnitz, then arrival via Hinterhermsdorf (2 stitches).

However, in this section pure road with a lot of car excursion traffic, from the Lichtenhainer waterfall with the Kirnitzschtalbahn.
Beautiful mills along the way, my favorite Neumannmühle, not as crowded as at the Lichtenhainer waterfall.
