Alpine descent from la Mola to Cala San Vincent. Good footwear is essential here, sure-footedness and a sense of direction. The stone men are sometimes difficult to see.

I can only confirm that: Without Komoot (or comparable apps) the path between grass and light gray rock would not be found. It's good that you stand so securely on the stone in boots and don't slip! Sticks help downhill. - Below, rosemary alternates with gorse.

Shortly after the gate that blocks the access road to the Coves Blanques, a narrow path branches off to the left. It doesn't last long, however. Apparently, someone has taken the other comments here to heart and built an excessive number of cairns. Currently, a path is easy to find even without Komoot. The emphasis is on "a" path, as several routes compete here.

The one I chose (coincidentally) followed the route marked on the map grid. You'll need your hands occasionally, but it's not difficult. Alpine experience makes it easier. If you watch your step and plan ahead, it's not absolutely necessary in good weather.

Caution: No shade. Bring plenty of water. Anyone who thinks they have to walk in flip-flops or similar should remember route 112.
