Old Mill Rest Area and Water Wheel

There were six mills in the idyllic valley below Lehesten, all of which have disappeared because they were so close to the border. The people who lived there were forcibly resettled in 1952. At the end of the 1950s, most of the buildings were demolished.The Old Mill was given a new meaning by local hiking enthusiasts: a wonderful place to stay for all hikers was created here. Lovingly thought out down to the last detail and well maintained. You can feel at home here!
