Hiking

The Rabenschüssel area refers to a group of Bunter Sandstone rocks near Maua and is popular with Jena climbers, as you can also climb outside the hall here. A path leads along the foot of the rocks to the climbing opportunities ‒ the "100-kilometer-horizontale" takes you from Maua up to the viewpoint, from which you have a beautiful view of the Leuchtenburg castle.
