Best Hikes to Christiansgang Mine Entrance

Tips

  • The Christiansgang was the most productive iron ore corridor in the Neuenbürger district. It was mined in 5 tunnels and 2 shafts between 1720 and 1866. The gallery is unfortunately buried, only the entrance area was renovated in 1985.
