Neo-Baroque building from 1923 with a historic high altar from a previous chapel. He combines late gothic (Predella around 1400, "Osnabrück Passion" of the master of Osnabrück around 1500), baroque and expressionistic elements (Ludwig Nolde). Sensitive renovation of the interior in 1995.

Instead of a baroque chapel built in 1641 and restored in 1674, a neo-baroque hall church was built in 1922/23. At the southeast end of the nave is the bell tower, in which hangs the bronze church bell cast for the chapel in 1684.
