Part of the former construction site for an underground Nazi headquarters.A compressor system was built in 1944 to meet the compressed air requirements of the rotary hammers. This plant was built in mid to late November. The foundation was about 25m long and 6m wide. There were 8 large power generators on it, 6 of which were in continuous operation and 2 were reserve. They generated so much compressed air that 2 hammer drills per tunnel in all construction site areas could be supplied with 6 atmospheres. The power supply ran over overhead lines. The construction site, which was associated with countless victims, came to an end in 1945 with the defeat of the Nazi regime.
