The gardens of the Mirador del Alcalde are located on the Montjuïc mountain, in the Sants-Montjuic district of Barcelona. They were made between 1962 and 1969 with a garden project by Joaquim Casamor, while the monumental fountain was commissioned by Carles Buïgas. Next to the Mirador del Alcalde is one of the Montjuïc cable car stops.
