It's been a hell of a journey with this fantastic team for over a decade. It's really hard to have a smile on your face these days, but we still do. No matter what life throws at us, one thing is for sure, true friendship never ends ❤️‍🩹

So, I wake up, and it’s freezing outside - the kind of cold that makes you want to stay all day under the covers. But the deal is the deal, let's layer up and get out.

I hadn’t seen some of the friends in ages, so just being out there together felt special, even if we were shivering a bit.

My longest run so far. Slow but steady 😅

And, by the way, check out a new podcast episode we recorded recently, it's an inspiring story about ultra-endurance running on the PTL - one of the world’s toughest ultramarathons. Search for the 'Like A Pro' podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or whatever you

After yesterday’s battle with the hills, I decided to give my legs a break and stick to flat roads. I planned a route from Florence to Prato and back, following part of the EuroVelo 7. And honestly, it was fantastic. Cycling through Florence and Prato was a bit of a stress test - narrow, busy roads and

As a child of the flatlands, I completely forgot how tricky hilly terrain can be. I used Komoot to plan a route around Florence, aiming for some nice elevation and trails - and let’s just say, I got more than I bargained for. I ended up hiking my bike quite a lot. On top of that, the OSM data wasn’t

Day 3 of our bike trip to Florence - final push! The distance isn’t too bad, and most of the roads are paved, so it feels almost like a rest day (finally!). We started off as one big group, but naturally, we spread out along the route. As we rolled into Florence, we were greeted by - what else? - crowds

It’s day two of our bike trip to Florence, and somehow, the heat has cranked up even more. And the route was definitely tougher. We set off early, battling those Tuscan hills and the relentless sun. Our strategy quickly became: short stops for food, long stops for water, and hunting down any bit of shade

We set off from the little town of Bolsena, bikes ready, with the plan to reach Florence in three days. The only problem - he weather was scorching! We spent most of the day battling the heat - especially on those relentless Tuscan hills that seemed to appear out of nowhere. But hey, Tuscany's beauty
