Berlin's climb. Unfortunately, its unique location means it can get very crowded at times. So if you're serious about training, don't attempt it during rush hour. It's best to go early during the week ;).

The Teufelsberg is a rubble mountain in the west of Berlin and according to measurements from the year 2013 with 120.1 m above sea level. NHN after the Arkenberge the second highest elevation of the urban area. The hill - with a view over the nature reserve Grunewald and the Havel - lies in the district Grunewald (district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf) at the Teufelsseechaussee between the suburban train stations Grunewald and Heerstraße. It takes its name from the nearby Teufelssee. On the mountain are the striking buildings of a flight monitoring and listening station of the US Armed Forces. After the withdrawal of the military, the plant was used from 1991 to 1999 as an air traffic control radar station. Since then, the buildings are empty.
