A neolithic path across the peaks of the Preseli Hills (Mynydd Preseli) in Wales. On a clear day you can see Ireland across the sea. On many peaks there are ancient burial sights called 'cairns' from up to 5000 years ago. Not only this, but at one point you reach a quarry where some of the stones for Stone Henge were quarried. If that wasn't enough, the valleys are littered with stories from the Mabinogion, of King Arthur fighting the fearsome boar known as 'Twrch Trwyth'. Here you can feel the weight of history whilst also the lightness of the amazing scenery.
Work for Canyon. Manage the Canyon ZCC eRacing team. Big fan of exploring Brandenburg and its many lakes, forests and hidden paths. Plan to ride across Germany (again)
