Wildly romantic road through the Ahorntal, always along the small stream and past impressive rock formations. The narrow valley widens again and again and is therefore very varied.
The street is usually quite calm. At the weekend it can get livelier. On such days it is better to drive down the valley from north to south, because the traffic is less of a problem.
The valley is particularly beautiful on a clear day in the evening sun.

Road cycling
The Ahorntal is actually wildly romantic and a true racing cyclist's dream. I recommend a drive after work, then there is hardly any traffic here. Best combined with a stop at Held Bräu.
