The restaurant and brewery Held in Oberailsfeld has been family-owned for more than 300 years and there is definitely one of the best beers from our Upper Franconian water refiners. In addition to a light, a dark, a beer and a wheat beer, there is also a tasty Bock beer from the barrel during Lent, and a substantial wheat goat in the Advent season.
