The summit of the Himmerich (366 meters) is easiest to reach from the southeast. A narrow path leads in serpentines quite safely to the summit. You should definitely take this path back down again! The path on the other side is very steep, rocky, very exposed and not for inexperienced hikers!

The way up here is really worth it. The view is just the best. If you like a bit of scrambling and have no problems with vertigo (the climbing path sometimes leads very close to the abyss) should opt for the dashed route.
