Radweg Mehrow-Blumberg

Really great bike path, in autumn you can pick plums and apples here on the way. Coming from Ahrensfelde we wanted to drive in September 2019 over the Rehhahn settlement, according Komoot it should go, but the Rehhahn way was fenced and we really had to Blumberg (and twice on the highway) to get on the bike path Blumberg-Mehrow , We did not regret the detour.

Nice cross-link between Mehrow and Blumberg. Smooth asphalt, also great for skating. Traffic free zone.

Here it rolls really well!

Super cross connection. Is rather rare in this region. It can be complemented well with the Wuhletal cycle path.

Great bike path between Mehrow and Blumberg

A real highlight in the eastern area of Berlin, and it gets even better! The bridge over the highway is now tarred. Driving is currently prohibited. However, if you dare to do it, you will find that it works anyway. In the course of the construction work, the last few meters of the terribly sharp pavement at the Blumberg end may even be asphalted. The bike path itself is in great condition and runs through picturesque fields. In spring the poppies bloom and in summer you can pick sour cherries. Somewhere in the middle is a bench. To be recommended unreservedly.
