The church tower in its present form was built in the years 1719 to 1722, 1731 nave and roof were structurally altered. The interior of the church was redesigned in 1952, the extension was removed, the choir and organ, originally located behind the altar, were moved across the entrance, and the pulpit, formerly above the altar, now has its place at the so-called Triumphal Arch. In 2000/01 the façade was renovated, the weathervane and the spire renewed. Noteworthy are the bells from the years 1465 and 1501.
