The Hilschweiher is an idyllic spot in the middle of the Edenkobener valley. The pond was created in 1963 by the city of Edenkoben as a recreational area. The Triefenbach and Hilsch waterfalls were dammed to a 200 m long and 45 m wide lake. The Hilschweiher is ideal for a Sunday trip with the whole family, from here you can reach the Rietburgbahn or the Villa Ludwigshöhe in about half an hour.
