The repair shop Jülich was a railway repair shop (AW) in Jülich, which was put into operation in 1918 and closed in 1964 by the Deutsche Bundesbahn. When the plant was closed, it was seamlessly handed over to the Bundeswehr, which has been repairing military vehicles here to this day (mechatronics center).
