This is what the legendary Kathi Meyer, who managed the brewery for decades, wanted to do, and brewery boss Josef Schmitt, who has been brewing beer for Kathi-Bräu since 1976 as brewing master and who has been managing the brewery since 1993, and his guests takes care. The special charm of the quaint property has been preserved to this day, certainly also because of the long tradition of Kathi-Bräu in Heckenhof. The original house of 1498 is still standing today.
