Tom na Gruagaich is one of the two Munro summits on Torridon's Beinn Alligin. The summit is 3,025 feet (922 m) in height. Both Munro summits can be hiked, including some grade I scrambling, as a circular route in a mere 7 miles (11 km)!
It's amazing that these vast and remote views can be enjoyed, without venturing too far from the road. On the day I climbed this Munro, I could see clearly across to the Cuillin ridge on the Isle of Skye.

The path from the road heads straight up the corrie to this Munro peak. Approaching it looks average, but a surprise awaits when its sheer north face is seen and the view across toe Beinn Alligin.

Tom na Gruagaich is the lower of the two Munro summits on Beinn Alligin and is easily reached via the good path up Coire nan Laogh. The continuation path to Sgurr Mòr the highest Munro summit is straightforward.
