Nagold Reservoir (Nagoldtalsperre)

The long loop is approximately 6 km. If you take the shortcut over the bridge, it's approximately 4 km. The entire route is paved. You can stop for refreshments halfway through at Seeheimer or at the Seekiosk in Erzgrube.

Plans for this dam, which was intended to protect the towns along the Nagold River from flooding, were already in place at the beginning of the 20th century.
