At the moment (end of March 2020), I cannot recommend the Elisabethen trail either in uphill or downhill. The harvesters messed up the track 🤮

Mountain biking
The Elisabethen-Schneise is downhill ok, not very demanding. Uphill, on the other hand, has always been a challenge: a trail with roots, rocks, sometimes steeper ... Definitely good condition training.
