Slightly above it stands the Catholic mountain and pilgrimage chapel of St. Mary on the Stone, dating from around 1735. It commemorates the plague 100 years earlier in 1635. After a wayside shrine was erected here in 1639, it continued to develop into a special sacred site.

A short but extremely crisp climb leads up to the stone chapel, during which the relaxation of the upper body must not be missing, otherwise, depending on the bicycle geometry, you will quickly pull the front wheel in the air.
