Quite honestly. Totally funny. And a little more with my Stefanie. Luckily nobody came and watched us. But really! Just try it. In times when the fitness studios are closed, this is the greatest change to do sport in the forest

The fitness trail runs directly on the Schwedenschanze ramparts. There are several stations to complete endurance (squat-stretch jumps), ... 😉
