„Wandern ist mein Energiespender“ 🥾🥾🎒🌤🌲🍁🍂☘️🌻🐻
After visiting the old town, we hiked from the picturesque town of Quedlinburg in the Harz Mountains in the direction of Neinstedt. We walked on a beautiful hiking trail directly along the Bode. Already about 2 km before the goal we saw the imposing devil's wall. Up close it is even more impressive and definitely worth a visit. As a little bonus there were 3 stamps from the HWN for the little book to be dusted off on this tour 🥳

The Gröditzer Skala is a nature reserve, which is characterized on the one hand by numerous rock faces and on the other hand by its different tree species. Along the “Löbauer Wasser”, this tour inspired us through the diverse nature experiences that one experiences here. But we were also able to marvel at great structures, such as the old viaduct or adventurous wooden bridges. As far as Gröditzer Castle you walk here on the "Mühlenweg", which is a total of 22km long and connects 10 old mills in the area. You shouldn't follow the way back from the castle like this, as the paths marked as in komoot are not really easy to walk on. We couldn't find the highlight of the Devil's Cave either. But we will make a note of the aforementioned Mühlweg.
