This simple reinforced concrete construction, called the "seminar pavilion", was designed by architect Christoph Perka; the floor space is 30 square meters. Wire mesh filled with local stone loosens up the walls of the 3.30 meter high pavilion. It is intended to serve as a resting place and invite people to pause or celebrate. The little house is not a classic vineyard house, but has a more modern design. With its natural stone elements, it blends well into the landscape. The seminar pavilion cost a total of 45,000 euros
