The trullo is an Italian vineyard cottage and unique in the whole of Germany. It was built in 1756 by guest workers from Apulia, who worked in the surrounding quarries. Today you can sit on the benches next to the trullo and enjoy the magnificent view.

A very nice rest area with a wonderful view.
At the moment, the trullo is only held together by straps, but it looks like it will shine in new splendor in the spring, splitting the next centuries.

The trulli served the vineyard workers to protect them from rain, sudden thunderstorms and as shade donors. Here was the place of rest, where the lunch had been consumed.

Interesting tower from the 18th century. There are also three tables with benches, where even a larger group can rest easily.
