After the renovation of the Albert Bridge on the Neustadt bank of the Elbe, the 12 m long sandstone relief "Leben an der Elbe" by the sculptor Hermann Alfred Raddatz, who worked freelance in Dresden from 1930 to 1940 and died in Düsseldorf in 1962, can be seen. The relief was created in 1936-37.
