The construction and operations management was organized by the Becker & Co. railway construction company, which later operated as the "AG for energy industry". From August 1, 1956 to June 30, 1966, the date of the closure of all traffic, the Oberbergische Verkehrsgesellschaft, which had been the owner since 1951, ran the business.
