The Church of St. Urban and Vitus, built between 1521 and 1523, replaced a medieval fortified church, remnants of whose fortifications still remain. The building, situated on an artificially raised plateau, houses various art treasures as well as numerous graves and epitaphs, including those of members of the von Gemmingen family. The organ, dating from 1779, is the work of the organ builder Joseph Martin. Originally built for the Franciscan monastery in Oeffingen, it was sold to Neuhausen in 1810 and restored in the 1980s.
