A bit small, but very beautiful. You can even get married inside!

Lady Chapel Schleinsee
There is hardly a point that is so secluded and quiet as this Schleinsee. In the foreground the calm lake, bordered by wooded hills; above the mountains of the high mountains stretch their heads up; only a few farmsteads stand around the chapel, which in deep peace with its ridge turret dome modestly fits into the frame of nature.
description
As early as 1915, the description of the Oberamt reveled, and in 1988 the official guide >>Der Bodenseekreis<< said: >>Schleinsee comes to mind when you look for an example of harmony between architecture and landscape, because the chapel and chaplain's house are so beautifully situated over the lake . The small baroque building forms a coherent whole, not least because a single donor had space and furnishings completed here in the course of a few years, starting in 1737. Like the chapel, the altarpieces in moving structures are dedicated to Mary and show an ascension in the choir, flanked by the figures of St. John of Nepomuk and St. Franz Xavier, and on the side altars an Adoration of the Magi and St. clan. The founder for his own and the family's soul salvation was the Schleinsee-born clergyman and dean of the Wasserburg chapter, Melchior Sauter.
