A special feature of the St. Anthony Chapel is the tradition of bringing brooms as a votive offering. The broom is a symbol of purification and with this votive offering, Saint Anthony is asked to intercede with God so that illnesses are swept out of the body.

You don't really have to say anything about it, wonderful views of most of Lake Constance, including various mountain ranges in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. (Säntis, Hoher Kasten, Schesaplana, Three Sisters, Spear, Diedamskopf, Pfänder, Kanisfluh to name just a few mountain peaks) If the view is right (and you are lucky and there is no hustle and bustle at the chapel) it is a real insider tip on Lake Constance .
