Hiking

The streetcar route is an easy standard ascent to the Hohe Wand, which is insured at two points – more to increase comfort than to be safe. As with almost all paths to the Hohe Wand, it is not a hiking trail in the sense, but a rather steep climb. However, it is a long way from a via ferrata and rather plays in the “Pfarrersteig” league. He is therefore assigned the fantasy level of difficulty A-.

Narrow path - well suited for the descent if you have climbed up via the Völlerin, for example. Never really exposed but very narrow in places. Rope safety provided in some places, sure-footedness is essential!
