"The building was erected in 1909 as a symmetrically designed representative building with side gables and roof roods, stylistically located between late historicism and reformist style, initially used as the administrative building of the Riesa steel mill and handed over to the court in 1999 enclosed former enclosure and contains two sculptures created on the main access road between 1935 and 1945 (listed under number 08965460) .The building was renovated from 1999 to 2004 and is now also a listed building (object number 08965459).
