Max von der Grün (writer, was a former employee in the mining industry at the Königsborn 3/4 mine). The section of the "Klöcknerbahn route" named after him begins at the "In der Bredde" junction (Südkamen/Kamen Heeren Werve) and goes to the former Pütt KB 3/4. The entire cycle path (mine railway, from/to Stockum cemetery, Klöcknerbahn, Max von der Grün from/to the former Königsborn 3/4 mine) is almost 23 km long and is simply great to ride at any time of day. The path is unlit and shady, so it is advisable to ride with lights. Water-bound surface, easy to ride. As a group/convoy, you ride one behind the other when oncoming traffic comes into view.

The old Klöcknerbahntrasse, which has been developed as a cycle and footpath, is reminiscent of the writer Max von der Grün. He lived in Heeren-Werve from 1951 to 1966. From 1951 to 1963 he worked at the Königsborn 2/5 colliery.
Very nice way
