Today another solo tour, so just went for it, with the goal of reaching the Oelder hospital along the way.
Get something done on the way there, then visit the construction sites before taking a nice loop.
With e-bike, but with minimal assistance, I still have 80% battery at home, but I feel it in my legs

Since I only got back late from the other activity, I did a small tour for a hop tea with cake.
At some point we decided to skip dinner, so there was Flammkuchen, thus food for today is done.
Price-performance is quite good there.

Today again minimal motor and a lot of own effort, 13% battery consumption over 56 km distance, to increase fitness.
First to Hamm to the hardware store, then to Schloß Werries, Lupia and via Dolberg to buy eggs.

After shopping, cooking, going with my wife to have stitches removed at the doctor's, and more shopping, I still had time for a short ride.
Just went out and took what was on my way, mud, gravel, dirt road etc..
