The crossing of the Alster is actually forbidden here, since the water engineering system must not be entered. On the Rade side, access is still easy, on the other side of Wulksfelde, the bridge steps are partially gone, so taking a bike is really difficult, especially if you are traveling alone.

The Alster lock between Wulksfelde and Rade is still under construction, so I tried this adventurous crossing. A big challenge for cyclists: the bottom step is missing, the passage was too narrow for the handlebars, so lift it over the board wall. It's better to turn on bike bags. The path comes out directly on Gut Wulksfelde.
