"... The new Johannisberg monastery is located between the districts of Grund and Berg. The monastery church was built in 1928 and the Benedictine monastery itself was built in 1956. Due to a lack of young people, the monastery was founded in 1991 by the Benedictine nuns, who lived in strict seclusion, and passed on to the Steyler missionary sisters -Order. But this order only lasted in the monastery for a few years.
