Freshly paved bicycle highway through the foothills park.
The southern section of the highlight no longer belongs to the foothills park, but to the outer green belt.
Far too seldom in Germany there is such a wonderful 2 km through the green with strict separation from pedestrians - certainly an outstanding racing bike highlight in Cologne!

Through the landscape protection area on a 3m wide, freshly paved bike path.
With gentle curves over small hills - no cars, and a lot of distance to the path for walkers:
There is hardly a better way to ride a racing bike in Cologne!

Navigability and dog density strongly dependent on weather conditions, but a generally practical north-south passage.
