The vineyard house Schlossberg (registered cultural monument*), Gründerzeit brick building, Belvedere, probably from the late 19th century, is located in the hall "Im Palmengarten" above Mandel with a view of the church that characterizes the townscape.
The building is privately owned by the Baumberger winery, is not accessible and there is no access to the "merloned tower".
From a bench you can see the valley of the Ellerbach near Weinsheim.

Located above Mandel. Beautiful view of Mandel and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it's usually locked, so you can "only" walk around the building. Not a suitable place to take shelter when it rains!
