A little further down is a hut. Great panoramic view up here. If you want to climb the ridge, you should have a head for heights. Some of the waypoints are very narrow and it goes down steeply.

From the 1,555 meter high summit you have a 360° panoramic view. On a clear day you can see Munich and the Grossglockner, among others.

The Blomberghaus has a beautiful beer garden with a great view. There is delicious food and a nice playground for the children.

Easily accessible hut with great panorama, thanks to cable car and many well-marked trails is something for every condition. We prefer to climb over the quiet Längental and then take the cable car.

The Walchensee is a dream lake 😊. One of the clearest in Germany and with drinking water quality!

Very nice landlord and staff, the food is great. You get tips for your tour and any help if questions arise. We had a 4-bed room, which was big enough. Shower with warm water :-). Magnificent view of the Benediktenwand.

The absolutely most beautiful and quietest part is the traffic-free east bank between Urfeld and Niedernach, on the other sides there is unfortunately moderate to heavy traffic.

Beautiful summit, which requires a bit of fitness and surefootedness, rewarded with a great view! The masses frolic on the Herzogstand and on the Jochberg. Those who like it a bit quieter should visit the Simetsberg.

The 1,555 meter high Rabenkopf lies exactly between Benediktenwand and Jochberg. In contrast to its famous neighbors, it is visited less frequently and so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Bavarian Prealps in a special peace.

Magnificent view of the surrounding Karwendelgipfel and especially on the Wettersteinmassiv. For the ascent of the summit you should definitely take a few cookies - the Alpendohlen, the official inhabitants of the summit, finally expect a small donation.
