That was our warmest tour at 30 degrees. It was very pleasant in the shady forest. The plan was hiking and swimming, but after hiking it was too crowded for us at the official swimming spot.

I started at the leisure park parking lot, near Abtsküche. This time towards Velbert. Otherwise, I always go towards Oefte.

That was a really nice Sunday tour, with many beautiful distant views, along the Düssel and through forests 🍀. We also did a good deed, we helped an elderly gentleman open his car hood (not me, that was my girlfriend) and refilled his washer fluid... he was happy and so were we 😊

We started from the Heljensbad park in Heiligenhaus. A loop with a lot of asphalt and still very beautiful... time flew by so quickly. After 18 km we took the first break, on a bench with such a great view... it was beautiful again.

A fun hike with Diana, that was the Liewerfrauenweg in Solingen.
We laughed ourselves silly because I knew almost all the natural monuments (all trees) and had announced it beforehand... there were about eight and I had already been there 2 years ago.
