In der Süddeutschen Zeitung war kürzlich ein Artikel zur Demenzverhinderung: Man soll mind. 3 Sportarten betreiben um im Alter nicht komplett zu verblöden.

Ich glaube das Wetter ist jetzt nach Hitzewelle auf dänischem Niveau: Wind, Kühler, Regen und zwischendrin blauer Himmel.
